Carstar was wonderful!! They did everything perfect. Kendra helped me when I was upset after the accident, she even called my insurance company for me. My car was fixed a week early. They did a great job keeping me updated. The detailing was wonderful. The insurance company wanted to use used parts, but they didnt. Everyone there was fantastic!!!! What an amazing experience! Not only were they quick and efficient, thay went above and beyond in the customer service department. This experience couldn't have gone any better! "The staff was friendly and courteous" is an understatement!! They were so much more; as though I were speaking to old friends. My car turned out beautifully! The damage is gone, without a trace of it ever happening AND the interior was vacuumed and cleaned including the glass, with an air freshener to boot!! Having damage to your car is stressful, Carstar took the unpleasantness out of the repair!! Thank you so very, very much!! I will recommend Carstar to everyone!!
