Pete was great the whole begining of the experience was great. The repair appears to have been done well. My only issue was when the advisor called to tell me it was finished was a little rude to me on the phone. I don't know what he was insinuations but he mentioned something about the rental showing it was back in the computer once the reward was done. I don't see how that is possible or okay. He also made me feel awful for not being able to drop what I was doing to come pick my vehicle up. I work and can't just leave when I want. It made me very upset and I ended up missing more work that I won't get paid for now. However like I said Pete was great and getting the **** rolling was very easy, and the repair was done quickly and well.
