I was disappointed you didn't clean up the tape marks I used to keep the lights on after hitting the deer I was also disappointed that the breaks didn't get fixed after I had slammed them on to try to avoid the deer they were only a year old and now my rotors are warped and my caliper stuck I have since gone to another shop to have the brakes fixed

Received call that car was ready but when I got to the shop over an hour later, the car was still being washed. Car was pulled out of garage and still was dirty and has "compound" on the hood. The area that was supposed to be fixed still has a paint chip in it so now I have to bring it back in after you had the vehicle for over a week.

Sometimes, when in a service industry, things happen. Instead of making excuses, trying to convince a customer that something is their fault or that your collision department is amazing, a simple apology along with a plan to rectify the issue makes ALL the difference. I would NEVER recommend Davidson to anyone. I've never seen so many arrogant, condescending, cagey men in one place in all my life and I've never seen so much circle talk, blame game and deflection since learning about it in psychology classes. I really think it's time to rethink the way customers are treated and business is done. No one should be treated in the manner that I was. EVER.
