Roof runner rubber seal not flush to truck body on right side where work done. Visible substance in a couple of places along the roof runner (looks like clear glue). Visible substance on black vertical exterior door panel that is not coming off. i am very concerned. Not acceptable.

Danielle made everything very simple and easy. She was very pleasant and a pleasure to work with. When I first called, her first question was asking about the auto occupants' health after the accident. This struck me as being particularly considerate. She and Alma both did this and said "we can fix cars, people are more important". I hope I do not need your services again in the future but I now know exactly where to go when in need of auto body work. It was also great having arrangements for the rental car taken care of. The car was ready when promised and delivered cleaner than when it came in, inside and outside -Windows and all. We were very pleased. Thank you

The professional level of all employees was honestly excellent and Candido did an amazing job he went above and beyond! I just noticed today that my passenger door is scratched up (where the panel was replaced, I didn't notice it until after I got in the car today from the passenger door). I just wanted to follow up on getting that fixed. I also noticed the car smells really bad like strong glue, will that go away, can you make it go away?
