I am very satisfied with the service I received from Ed Morse Cadillac. The staff was very helpful. I believe Jan went above and beyond to assist me in securing a rental whilst my car was being repaired. Jennifer was very knowledgeable about the job and was very professional. All in all, I would give Ed Morse Cadillac on Fletcher Avenue a ten out of ten. Also, I am very impressed with the speed in which my car was repaired. I was pleasantly surprised when I got the call telling me my car was ready for pick up. Job well done. Keep up the good

Did a great job on my vehicle! Misunderstanding, on Ed Morse's part, regarding payment payment resulted in me having to verify that the payment was sent to Ed Morse through the adjuster. However, Jan was very quick to assist and set me at ease once I confirmed that the payment was sent to Ed Morse and not an incorrect address.
