Yes I picked up my car yesterday and it was not fixed the check engine light kept flashing on and off my traction stabilizer light was on my car was puttering like it's a peice of junk I'm highly unsatisfied that yall had my car for all most a month and it is in worst shape than when I dropped it off and u paid yall almost $600 for my car that not even running like it's supposed to!!!

Justin kept me up to date on the repairs and returned any phone calls in a timely manner. Excellent customer service! Lorraine at the front desk was helpful in getting in touch with Enterprise when I needed to see them. The customer service made a not so pleasant experience (my car accident) not so bad.

Reception was prompt. The coffee was awesome. Ken and Ed did a very good job of processing the claim getting me a replacement truck. When notified a day before the anticipated finish date of Friday it was only 4 o'clock in the afternoon Thursday.Plenty of time to get in and get out.
Oh yeah, the repaired job was excellent... almost forgot that part!

Once I got home, I noticed the new hood doesn't totally line up in front. It is sticking out an eighth of an inch. I also found damage to one of my wiper arms that I don't remember being there before.
