Text messages are nice but way too many. I know you can opt out, but I was curious as to how many, and what times of day they would be sent. I suggest editing the amount of messages and adhering to lower limits of time schedules that this service can use, for example 10am to 4pm would be ok. All other experiences with staff, costs, and actual work are excellent.

The guy from enterprise was kind of a ****. He added the extra insurance fees plus a bunch of other stuff totalling $160 something. When I questioned it he said "that's what most people get" we went back and forth a few times before he removed it. He told me that's what he always does and it usually works for him. This is very dishonest and probably illegal. I hope that you will investigate.

My car was dirty when I picked it up. Dust from the shop on the interior and the exterior wasn't cleaned. I was told it would be. There was a busted tail light in the trunk and finger prints and smudges all over the Windows. Unprofessional
