I know it is a difficult business repairing cars, especially when parts are shipped in for the repair. However, the repair of my Mazda took much longer than expected and I had to change my departure plans for going back to school due to the two week repair. Although it took longer than expected, I am very satisfied as far as the repair goes and my car looks fantastic. Thank you for your help!

You had my car for three weeks, which was fine because I was kept in formed the final two weeks. The first week was tough because I was told I would get a call the day I dropped or the next day. I didn't get a call either day, so I called after that for an update. I couldn't get to the adjuster so I left a message and didn't get a call back. I called again a couple days later and was able to connect to someone. The issue was that my original adjuster moved offices and someone else came in. I don't blame him, but the original adjuster needs to make a call and say that a handoff is taking place and someone else will be taking care of me. That being said, after the first week it was very good. It was usually more delays, and it would've been easy for the 2nd adjuster to just not call me, but he always did and it made the wait much easier. I'm satisfied with my experience, but I wish you had a better process in place for when someone leaves. I'm sure it's pretty rare, but people have to go out on vacation sometimes too. Is the process as disjointed when an adjuster goes on a week long vacation and someone else comes in during that time?

Upon initial call that the car was ready I went to pick it up only to discover 3 problem areas had not been repaired that should have been. It seems two of those areas were mistakenly not even on the original estimate (which is not easy to understand unless your in the autobody business). I did not pick up the vehicle. The following Monday I received a call only to be informed there would be added charges to fix the car properly. I could not have been more frustrated or upset. I was quoted a price that put me out of pocket over 2100 to fix a series on minor scratches and dings. I agreed to the original quote and suddenly that's not enough to repair the car? After a conversation with the GM Eddie I was able to resolve the extra work with what I thought was a fair additional dollar amount. Overall I am satisfied with the appearance of the car and the quality of the work is good. My only true complaint is that I had to read the riot act to one of your associates to get something done. It's not my fault the original estimate was flawed. A customer should not have to pay for a business's mistakes.

Everyone I dealt with was professional and courteous however it did seem communication broke down early on... Daily text messages stopped and several phone calls were never returned or promised call backs did not happen when promised. Repairs seem to be great - just wish I had been kept more in the loop.

Kim Nash and Jerry were great. Kim held my hand all the way through the week it took to repair my Honda... continuously updating me. They were quick and proficient and the entire experience turned into less of a hassle than expected. The only complaint I would have is that they close at 5:30pm. They should close at least at 6 or 6:30pm. It was brutal trying to get off work and drive clear across town in Charlotte's miserable traffic to get there on time. 5:30 is simply TOOOO early to close.
