there is a new mark on driver door, the shift console is scratched and there was feces ground into the driver floor mat which i am having difficulty removing, notwithstanding i delivered to Arth a deep-cleaned vehicle out of respect for people working on it and even though i trusted Arth with my vehicle they did not take proper care of my car while under your control
