Given the degree of damage, it was invaluable to have the repair work on my car described. I'm embarrassed that I did not ask the name of the very knowledgeable person who took the time to walk me around. He showed me the ways other cars had been improperly repaired and were therefore vulnerable, and how the cars at Arth were being welded and bolted back to factory condition with new parts whenever warranted. It's a pleasure to work with people who know their work and were proud of it.
Also, the car was "detailed" to the nth degree which was a great mental boost.

The parts that was repaired looks fine. Only time will tell if the paint holds up. Another body shop fixed a previous car fine, but the paint faded & changed color over time. Why would that happen?
The left side at the rear looks worse than before. It looks like the scratches was dug deeper & more paint was removed in preparation for painting, but the painting never happened. Will you paint over your damage?
There's a flashing red indicator light on my dashboard. The icon looks like an airbag or seatbelt. Could you look at it and tell me how the repair set it off?
