As expected, exceptional service! The receptionist acknowledged every customer that comes in with a greeting, smile and most important, eye contact. And as for Manuel, he immediately got up when he saw me; I didn’t think he’d remember me from my initial estimate visit a few weeks back. He made me feel special and important. He explained everything all over again about the repair and would take approximately half hour. In less than 20 minutes he was back with my keys and said,”all done”. That was a surprise; I came prepared with a book to read, because my previous with other auto shops, half hour turns into at least 2hrs. Manuel also acknowledged and thanked me for being a repeat customer. Thank you, Manuel! I feel you are an asset to Fix Auto.
