John Felix is who I spoke to all the time. Since I was in Northern Califirnia he was able to answer my questions and let me know the status of my car. I picked up my car last night and am very pleased with how it looks. I also want to thank everyone for the quick fix in the pressure line that happened yesterday. I was able to drive home today with no problems.

I took **** ****/2 hrs off from work to drive one hour from East LA where I work. The day before my insurance agent & Fixed Auto stated car would be ready on Wed at 5 pm. This was already a week and one day from when I dropped it off. However, when I arrived after already turning in my rental car to Enterprise and paying the bill, I was told the car was not ready. I do understand this but staff could have called me by 3 pm to inform me part was not in. I was upset after racing from E LA in traffic and returning the car which meant I had to put another 100 down to Enterprise which had already turned in my previous paperwork. Also I was very fortunate to get the one car available which could have been another problem if there were no cars available. I never heard from Fixed Auto for 7 days until I notified my agent. I would have appreciated an update by day 5 on the status of the car, if they pride themselves in customer service. When the car was ready it seems fixed and painted well.

I am a returning customer to fix auto and I am well please with the work that was done on my car. It's as good as new! The customer service that was given to me was excellent. They have an amazing team. Hopefully I'll never need to come back agan but if anything were to happen somewhere down the road fix auto will be in charge of making my car brand new.
