Jennifer Payton was excellent! She and the team made sure I was informed through the entire process step by step. My truck looks fantastic!
I did have an issue with a hose the came loose but I brought back and Jennifer had everything corrected expeditiously without question. This sealed the deal with my knowing that Priority really wants me to be happy and return.
This is my third car to the collision center, by the way only one incident was due to my driving, and I have a feeling I will be returning to Priority Chevrolet to buy my next truck.

Received an email stating that I would be updated on the progress of my repair. Never received any email at all. Was told repairs would take 3 days. At the end of three days it wasn't ready, but was told it would be ready the next day which was a Friday. When I called to check on status, I was told it would be Monday before I could get the car. I couldn't go the weekend without a car so when I put pressure on the service rep, I got a call late in the day on Friday that the car was ready.
