As well as being completely competent in all aspects of repairing the vehicle to look like new, your representatives not only say what they will do and, they do it. Example: Michelle said that she would keep us posted as to what stage the repair work was being accomplished as well as when the vehicle would be ready for pick-up. She followed up and all went as she had told us to expect! She sets a fine example.
