I came to get truck, signed paperwork and was handed keys. My truck was parked in drive next to building - no one did a walk thru with everything body shop did. Of course i had the paperwork showing all the repairs, so i was ok with that. It wasn’t until later that evening that we hooked up to a trailer to head out of town. The truck seemed to be pulling to the right - we pull over to check and notice a completely flat tire and a bent wheel! Confused as to how we could have done this being we just left body shop 2 ****/2 hours earlier and didn’t hit anything - we called Autonaton the next morning and was told it had to have done before it was brought in because they have clear pictures of it! It could have happened during the accident would be our guess! My issue is why wasn’t this fixed - or why wasn’t it told to me that it wasn’t! I’m very positive i would not have put my two children in this truck and drove anywhere! Changing a wheel and tire on the side of the road at night was left us not so satisfied!

Just got my truck back last evening, Friday, Dec. 29 a little after 6 PM and as far as I know now, everything seems to be just fine. There was some roughness in the motor driving back to Lindale but that is probably due to setting up so long and that was not any part of the accident as they are on opposite ends of the vehicle. If there are any questions, I will let you know. But it does look and drive a lot better than the rental.

I got my car back today and the A/C doesn’t even blow cold. And the inside of my car smells like gas. Not pleased at all. If my A/C unit had to be replaced by you guys, it should at least be blowing cold. I’m disappointed.
