I have a 2013 Kia Optima. The fear panel had to be replaced and the clear decal strip that says "Optima" was not replaced. A plain clear decal was used. Also the license plate lights were not fixed. I was rear ended and the impact made these lights quit working. I mentioned this to the lady when I dropped the car off.

The work was substandard. The repainted hood has an orange peel look with trash in the paint. The leather armrest was damaged along with a cut to the headliner on the passenger side. There was a scratch on the right front fender that wasn't there when it went in for repair. There's a smudge on the left front fender in the paint that looks like it might have been damaged when buffed. The interior was filthy. Very unhappy with service.
