There was a breakdown in communication. We were mislead on two different occasions. We were told we would be informed of the total cost of repairs before the work would be started, we were not. We were informed there would not be a storage fee. The fact that it would be no storage fee for up to 30 days was withheld.

The guys in the office were really nice (Jason & Daniel) .. and our Jeep was taken care of.
