I was surprised I did not have a pick up review of my car. The guy just parked it by the door and I felt like ok no discussion. The older lady behind the desk was very helpful an friendly. I was not acknowledged when I came in the door to leave my car, there were 5 employees in there, felt awkward.

I was very happy with the service I received. John was thorough in explaining the process and kept me updated with progress reports every couple days.
