great service and repair work. car was done earlier than anticipated. this was a relatively small job but at the same juncture very important that it was done well (brand new vehcile, etc). Eric was great to work with, i'll definitely come back if i need body work in the future.

The only wrinkle happened when I showed up for my appointment at 8 am to find out there was no appointment scheduled in the books and there was confusion about that and I had to wait until the person with whom I initially worked with showed up to sort it out. After about 5 minutes the manager got involved and sorted everything out. Smooth sailing from there.
