Ben was personable and specific, made the whole process unbelievably smooth. (Note re the repair crew: the contents of the trunk were a mess, the rug/flap/carpeting was not put back properly a a couple of the fitting plywood pieces were just left out--I had no idea where they went or how to put them in, I think, the spare tire well or fender wells.)

There is one scratch on opposite side of truck on the bed where it appears that a belt buckle was cause when getting to liner or bed off. I’m not going to worry about it as I believe I can get most of it out. Thanks for repairing so quickly
