The liftgate is not working correctly after the repair so I called the office to let them know and I was told that it would be scheduled for an appt at the shop.
I am waiting to hear back from my representative.

Everyone was nice to work with. That certainly helped. The quote and the timeframe both jumped up after dropping the car off. I'd rather you set a conservative estimate and then over achieve. Also, completely unrelated to the window being fixed, my driver side door handle started malfunctioning from the moment I picked up the car. Tesla mobile service is coming to my house to fix that today so that I don't have to keep climbing thru the passenger side. Hopefully they won't charge me for that.
