Car repair was great but wasn't offered a loaner vehicle. Deb was not flexible with trying to take care of me. Money seems more important at this shop than the customer. I didn't have rental on my policy but being offered a loaner would've helped.

Everything was great. Automotive Concepts is the best with friendly people, great followup and they always do a fantastic job. My only small issue was the smell of whatever the cleaning stuff they used. It is so strong and I really didn't like it so I had to drive around for 2 days with windows open. It's gone now, but I'm wondering if you can find some type of more natural cleaning agent or an essential oil smell that is more pleasant and not so strong and chemical smelling. Thanks for everything! And for listening.
