CARSTAR Portage along with my Auto Owners insurance agent Boot Haan did a great job in helping through both the insurance process and the repair process. When I was confused each place took the time to explain again how things were proceeding and the repair work was top notch.

As I constantly collaborated with Carstar I stated I wanted the peace where you shift the gears to be changed out. It was stated back to me that this was part of the part being installed. It was also stated to me that I would have my car cleaned inside out however my car was still full of shattered window from the front seat to the back end of the car. I also found that there was an extra scratch on my car.

We are very happy with the work done on our Buick. The car we had for a loaner needs new tires it is a danger in the road we were stuck three times with it once in your driveway getting our car.
But we love the work done on ours
