I appreciated the texts updating me on the progress of my repairs and was pleasantly surprised to pick up my car ahead of the projected date of finish.

The communication was excellent! I was also told what the status was of my car. My car being finished was delayed three times but they took care of communicating with me, the insurance company and the rental agency. I was never stressed about having to communicate updates. They even apologized for having to keep pushing it back when it was’t even their fault it was just a part got delayed in shipping. Friendly and knowledgeable staff!

Overall, great work. My car was delayed by one day from the initial estimate, but that was due to scope changes, so totally fine on my end. I was kept updated via text the whole time which was great. Ryan was extremely helpful throughout the process. My car looks amazing! Hopefully I don't have to visit again any time soon, but if I do have car trouble again I know where to go.
