I did not pick up the car because when I went to pick it up I noticed the bumper color is way off AND some of the rear lights are not working. I was told to pick it up around 4:30 as they were "detailing" it. It looked like they took a dry cloth to part of the exterior, missing part of the rear door and all of the top of the car. When I said the repairs were not satisfactory, it was suggested that I take the car because I would have to pay for another day of rental car and the techs had gone home for the evening. Not acceptable response. I would like to speak to the manager Tuesday after 11 am.

I drive a nicer car and am a bit compulsive about keeping it looking nice. Last time I had Carstar Ballard work on my car, and that was a few years ago, the job was okay, nothing special. This time the people at Carstar Ballard, not only did a very good job on the repair, they also did an extraordinary job keeping me informed about the progress of the work being done on my car and on the timing for returning the car to me. I would definitely have them do the work for me if I need to have work done on my car again.

Love Chris and Kate was helpful. I had an issue with check engine light on and Chris took personal responsibility to fix it. One item of feed back. Your text message that said my car was done states someone would call me. Either call me like the text states or just make sure text says, "cone pick up your car." :)
