The collision center was efficient and kept me updated via text. If there was any problem or delay they called me directly to ensure I was aware and give me a new updated estimate in repair completion. Work was done well. And all additional needed work was submitted in a timely fashion to USAA. I only had to worry about my deductible.

Everything went very smoothly, especially with communication.
The only thing I'd recommend is working more closely with clients to reduce or eliminate the deductible. I have worked with other reputable organizations on my deductible and we worked something out. On inquiry at 3D, however, I was told summararily that, "......we don't do that...."
Folks, remember, this is the United States of America ????????, anything is possible. You may be losing some customers because of lack of financial creativity.
