Very helpful that 3D handled insurance and rental car. I had nothing to do but drop my car off and pick it up. My car was cleaned/detailed better then the dealer prep at time of purchase pick up. Only had it back a day now but very happy so far.

Communication started off great, and then became almost non existent later on. It took 37 days to complete. And when I got the car home and had light to see it, the bumper is not installed flush. Needless to say, I'm a little ticked off.

Like the email phone and text statuses. Work looks great the only complaint I have is that it took 8 business days when they estimated 3. Glad insurance paid rental.
