I was not completely sure (trusting) that all repairs, and diagnostic, which were asked for were done to completion. Original estimate was ****/3 what was acctually charged to the other insurance company... Hell, I'd just have taken that check in addition to the medical services and pain and suffering due me... The hell... No wonder premiums in Florida are insanely High....

For the most part everything was handled as expeditiously as possible. You got me in early. You got me out early. The repair looks great. And as I said in a separate email, the interior my vehicle hasn't been this clean since the day I acquired it. Only complaint -- and it's minor one -- is there was no advance reservation waiting for me at Enterprise, and I was under the impression there would be. But the Enterprise guys were great, so no big deal. All in all a very positive outcome and experience.
