WE would have appreciated your coordinating the repairs to coincide with the number of rental days we had so we would not have had to pay the extra days ourselves. Also couple of parts missing of inside trim.

All my questions were answered and the service manager, Billy, was friendly. Although I had to call or email the shop for more specific status updates than the automated emailed updates, I was always contacted back in a timely manner. The technician (Chris I believe) went above and beyond when I picked up the finished car replacing my battery while I waited (which wasn't the easiest task), getting me a refreshing beverage, and even looking into my missing front decorative license plate. Very caring, informative, and professional people. The car looked great when it was finished. Wonderful experience!
