Company said I could take it anywhere so I chose West Coast Collision. I just made one call and spoke directly with Chuck, he handled everything for me. He sent a wrecker service to pick up my car. Even though it was wrecked, they treated it as though it was a 100,000.00 vehicle. He took care of arranging a rental vehicle for me and actually had the rental company deliver the car of my choice delivered to my door. They repair and painted the damage to my car in record time, earlier than I expected. They even delivered my car to me at my door when they were finished. I was so amazed at the repair, it looked brand new! The car was spotless both inside and out. Chuck and his team were absolutely incredible and took my worries away. I certainly understand why everyone said that your business is the only place to take my car. I will highly recommend you and your team to everyone that I know. Thank you Chuck for caring and going that extra mile, it was so not expected, but so very much appreciated.
