They exeded the estimated time for repairs. I called the center to follow up with the status and I had to called several times before someone answer the phone, when Paula finally answered the phone she put me on hold for a long time until I got tired of waiting and hang up. I called again and the same thing happens, then the following day I called again and after a few attempts Pula answered the phone but she didn't know the status of my car, she took my info and said she will call me back and she didn't. Next day I tried calling again and ask for the manager Glen and he was able to provide me with a status. Very poor customer service. I used this center before and they used to have a much better customer service. I hope my comment help improve the service.

I like the job done. I will be returning since I just noticed my bumper was not hooked properly and head light is a bit off..I am sure it's minor and will be a quick fix.

Their were a lack of communication when comes to the time required to repair the vehicle . Repairs took longer than expected but nobody called to inform of the reason why and if additional damages were found.
