Rather poor communications with customers. My date of completion kept changing from the initial May 11 to finally on May 21. I'm still not clear on who should've been the person keeping me informed. However, after all of the various problems and delays, the car looks very good.

Cheryl the Geico representative and Paul **** were wonderful Ashley at the front desk was very polite and answered all my questions and assisted me in several ways with getting things accomplished inrepairing my vehicle Michael was also on the job taking care of business Mariano the repair man is a treasure in accomplishing the repair job Definitely would recommend signature collision to friends guarding their high quality of work and devotion to satisfying the customer

The work overall was very good. I do feel that my Honda Accord should have been checked over throughly by management. I found three fasteners missing, paint on the edge of the new hood not complete and the inside of the car dirty. There was also a issue with the airbag light on the dashboard not going off. It states in the owners manual that if this light stays on that there is a problem with the airbag system. This never occurred before the accident.Even though the car was in a accident it was spotless inside an out. The adjuster, Enrigue Barrio even stated how my car is in like new condition. Everyone was very nice with great customer service. I would recommend you to other people. As I stated before, what would make the job even better was that the vehicle was checked over throughly . I've made two trips on April 15 th, Friday to pick up my car an it was still not correct so a third will be needed to obtain the car. So far I wasted 3 hours in the two trips because the car was not correct an ready as I was told.
