As stated in a prior email, the repair was satisfactory...the customer service ie..responses and updates were unacceptable. Several times I was briefed the vehicle would e ready for pick up but after traveling 2 hours to Aberdeen and no update the vehicle was NOT ready and was experience a delay for whatever reason. This was done 3 different times to include additional repair needed to my vehicle not related to the accident, this tell me "someone" failed to use care and caution while my vehicle was in your care. Overall Not happy with the experience

Melody was absolutely and unequivocally phenominal through the entire process. Since I have not been able to take the car through a car wash for a month, I cannot tell if the external repair is perfect or not. It was dirty when I picked it up so I couldn't tell at that time either. Only BIG, BIG NEGATIVE I have is that the inside of the car was filthy: the sides, floor,windows, seats and inside the trunk! Filthy! It was a joke seeing a paper mat on the floor when every inch of the car was covered in dust!
