I received excellent customer service. I heard from Melody at least twice a week to keep me updated on my vehicle. The car looks brand new. . The day I had the accident I had just finished vacuuming my car at the gas station and had the floor mats rolled up on the passenger seat of the car. I was planning to vacuum them once I got home. My floor mats were cleaned and vacuumed and put back down in the car when I picked it up. Canby handled and coordinated everything with my insurance company relieving me of any stress. I am very happy with the service I received. I think excellent customer service is something you don’t get much anymore these days and this is experience has well exceeded my expectations!
