Ahmad was great to work with, he made sure that I understood everything that needed to be fixed with my car and provided updates while I was waiting for it to be fixed. I appreciate the customer focused attitude displayed by every D&V rep I had contact with. D&V reps also took the time to explain what had to be done so I could understand the items in need of repair. Finally, I like the way that D&V handled all the issues dealing with the insurance company.
