Customer service was excellent especially the frequent communications via email as to progress of work. John was outstanding to deal with -- kept me well informed throughout. Only two minor issues: ****) car interior could have been cleaner - lots of "dust" on the door panels; 2)all four tires were over inflated (44 psi), assume this resulted from the alignment work.

I was very happy with the service and the quick turn around. Only thing I want to mention is the day before the job was done I received a text saying it was ready when in reality it wasn't. This may be a glitch or a slight mistake. Either way you should know so it can be avoided in the future.

From beginning to end, this was an excellent experience. All of the people we encountered were extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with, including **** at the front desk, Ron during out initial meeting, and Ahmad Yusufi with whom we dealt while the work was being done. In particular, we appreciated Ahmad's compounding out a few nicks scraped unrelated to the storm damage without charge.
The repair work that D&V did was flawless and the car was returned to us spotless, having been washed, vacuumed, and had its tires dressed. The facility itself also was spotless, reflecting the overall professionalism of the business.
We will use D&V in the future and recommend them to others who need body work done.
