I am very disappointed with the service and quality of work from sera chevrolet....screws left out of the fender wheel....impala sign was left off....the word impala on the driver side was placed on crooked...splash guard under the front driver side fender was hanging down.... i will be bringing my car back so they can fix what they missed.... looking like i should have taken my cae else where to have it repaired.....VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER!!!

The ladies in the office were very kind and helpful. It was frustrating however that my car sat at the shop for over a week before anyone looked at it, until my dad called to inquire. Also frustrating that a voicemail I left to check on my car wasn't returned.
