I dealt with Dustin throughout the whole repair. He did a great job of keeping me updated . My truck looked close to brand new when I received it back. I was very happy with Modern Collision.

The lack of communication was very difficult. The repair took two weeks longer than expected and we were not given any advance notice. We were given a date of completion 3 times but when we called to confirm a time were told it wasn’t ready. We were sent automatic updates regularly until March 26th when it stopped. I had to call and beg for someone to update me. Text messages went unanswered.
