Everything about the collision service was outstanding. The quick estimate, the fairness in getting a full estimate, the easy-going rep (Enrique Ruiz),who did everything to ensure I had a good understanding of all processes and no surprises, and not going over the estimate. The end-product was essentially flawless. The email updates were very helpfull. All in all, not only a great repair, but also a great experience using Sterling McCall's Collision Center. Only constructive criticism would be to have just a few changes in the center's reception area regarding the atmosphere (ie rather than the industrial minimalist interior decorum, with the expansive room with little furnishings, etc., a simple small cove with a few faux plants and a few comfortable chairs in front of the TV could take away from the cold atmosphere).
