He even finished it before the due date because he know I lived out of town and needed to get back to Dallas. Being all things that happened for me to have to get the repairs done, the end job after they "completed" the job does not reflect care or quality. I have a BMW that has raw bondo sprayed in the door jam. This is unacceptable . I am a vendor of this dealership and if my product was being installed by my trained installer at your dealership I'd not only be reprimanded but I'd have to deal with your employee as our installer. Other then that my vehicle was front end damaged and when I picked it up the fog light lamp on the dash stating malfunction was on and they allowed me to drive off. I caught this and did not leave until fixed. I had both my cars hit on the same day and momentum did the repairs to the other one with no issues as one would expect. Being I chose sterling McCall as you are a client if mine, I am poorly disappointed.

The maintenance was excellent but the employees have a problem with taking items out of cars that don't belong to them. I am missing a cup holder full of change 2 pair of sunglasses and a very expensive P90X DVD set out of my vehicle. The disclaimer I signed about theft before work was done on my Car was protect Sterling McCall only if a break in was to happen while they had my vehicle. I now believe it was only made to protect their employees. It's really upsetting because the guys there do excellent work but have poor ethics, and would expect much better from a highly respected Car lot in Sterling McCall. Sincerely Jonathan M

I was extremely satisfied with Donnie and his attentiveness to the job. All repairs looked great besides one thing. There are 2 minor scratches on each side that were not caught. These could probably be bugged out but I am not sure just yet. After 2.5 weeks in a rental I do not want to drop it off at this time to have this repaired. I will contact Donnie on Monday in regards to this matter.
