Everything was great with my experience with the Faulkner Plymouth Meeting location. The entire process was very easy and the car looked like I drove it right off the dealership lot brand new when I came to pick it up. Greg Sherwood kept in regular communication with me about the status of the car and quickly responded to my questions via e-mail. Couldnt of asked for anything more for dealing with an insurance claim repair!

I'm very grateful the team was able to return my car to me within two days. Both Faulkner and GEICO were very attentive toward keeping me informed -- almost to the point of oversharing -- and I'm pleased with the results.
Far better than a past experience I had with my old insurance company, who sent me to Conicelli for work. Not only did I have the distinct impression they were going to rack up the charges, but they held my car for a much longer time. Yes, a more extensive repair was needed, but it was still disproportionately longer, and nobody gave me any idea when they would be done. I'm glad I did not experience the same with Faulkner.
