Per my wife Checking out was a little less than excitting. First The entrance to the office is not clearly marked. Finding a spot was dificult and no one was around to tell you where to go. The keys were handed to her without anyone showing her of the completed repairs. No one walked her to the car to show where it was parked.
The experience was less than acceptable. And We will reconsider next time if we should bring our cars there for body repairs in the future.
I would love to have a Manager follow up with me.

All four power windows are now not working as well as the drivers seat....the switch to bring the seat up and down no longer works and that is frustrating because they were working before my accident. I would like for those two things to get fixed so my car can run like new again! I’ve already contacted Faulkner collision and Greg told me to bring in the car Monday morning. That’s Nkther inconvenience because i will need another loaner to get to work
