To get the appointment it took 5 phone calls and a call to my insurance company. No one ever called me back- I ended up finally getting someone on the phone. People on the office have poor customer service skills.
I’m happy with the repair- but I would not recommend business because of lousy customer service.

I was informed by the estimator I worked with on my claim that my vehicle would be vacuumed and washed upon picking it up. When I picked up my car, the inside had been taken care of, but the exterior was filthy. There is tape residue on the rear of the driver side I guess from where they had it taped for paint. I noticed a lot of swirl/scratch marks in the paint on the top hatch at the rear of the car. I am unhappy. This is a brand new vehicle. It is a 2019.
