The repair process is excellent. All employees at Carstar are pleasant. They are clear and concise of what repairs are needed as well as time-frame for completion. I was updated with text throughout the process.

Car was not ready in a timely fashion and, given the cosmetic damage, was only likely prolonged due to the potential for price markup from unnecessary OEM part replacement. These "critical" parts were apparently not considered during the initial or final estimate, whereas intact high-dollar parts were replaced. This delayed vehicle pickup, and I was not notified on the delay prior to arriving at the shop.
