The car came back with out the wheel caps on one wheel and the caps were damaged by the shop that did the alignment. To fix the car properly it requires all the lug nuts to be replaced with new wheel caps on the entire car. The response was we have to talk to the insurance company. Patriot should have just taken the initiative to fix it correctly in advance. I have used them exclusively in the past and now am wondering about the quality of the work. This needs to be made right to complete the job properly.
