Body shop repair is never fun, but Haley made the experience so much better. The text messages keeping me updated saved me from calling to find out the progress of the repair. Would use Haley again

Only complaint is no updates of repair progress was given. ( Received a text message after dropping vechile off that updates would be sent via text.... just annoying to receive the text message and not received updates.
