They should send a text if the car is not going to be ready on time. Up until that time they updated me often but didn't notify me of the additional time needed. Also a date change was made to drop the car off but apparently wasn't updsted in the computer. Other than that they were exceptional

The repair looked good upon inspection, however I did see an area on the tailgate that needs to be wet sanded (I've encountered this before when having a car painted). I was told to bring the car back in a week or so for the area to be attended to...I will do that.
