Noticed the cowl or plastic piece at the base of the windshield was cracked on both sides as if it was pryied up in the corners and broken. Also wondered why the piece covering the inside of truck was taken off and placed in my back seat instead of being placed back where it was.

The actual damages repaired from the accident look great. When I was told it was ready to be picked up I assumed it was actually ready but I found glue residue all over the inside of a door that should have been cleaned before arrived. The nice fellas cleaned it right up and also buffed out a scratch that was not on the car before. So I was happy about that. There's a few things that I noticed after I got home with it that are very sloppy and will need to be fixed. Your shop has excellent reviews. That is why I chose you. So i'm a little shocked.
