The car looks fantastic like she was never in a wreck before and that I am very pleased with; however it was estimated that my car would be ready a week before I was actually able to get it back and no one let me know of the delays unless I called and checked on it. Then each day they would tell me the car would be ready maybe tomorrow and the next day it wasn't ready. I would like better communication as to when my car is ready and if it is not ready then I would appreciate being informed of that without having to call multiple times.

Well, when I stopped for gas I removed the key opened the door the radio still plays and it's not supposed to. It's supposed to shut everything off or it will run the battery down. I'm opening the back door until you guys can fix the glitch. I'm sure its with that door thinga-ma-jig. So let me know when you guys can adjust that and all will be great. I appreciate your text and immediate response to my truck you guys were awesome and I'm sure that was just an oversight. No biggie but I'm scared for my battery life if I forget to open that back door when I get out cause it doesn't do the job with the front. Other than that hiccup I'm super pleased. Thank you again and I love ya'lls text communications it allows one security that you haven't forgot about your customers.

The update messenging possibly needs updating in regards to completion of the vehicle. Would state the vehicle was completed with a time and then it would not. Problem is consumers have to schedule and reschedule time off or rides to pick up cars. Not all bad because it is good to hear how things are coming along...smile
