The repair work done was excellent, the people were very helpful and friendly. The problem was they took over two weeks to install a new bumper and take a couple of scratches out of the rear quarter panel. I feel I was constantly lied to about the status of the work being done and the date the repairs would be completed.

The repair was done quickly and the A&D Auto Body staff kept me well updated throughout the duration of the repair. When I received my vehicle back, I was very pleased with the work they had done. Not only did they do an excellent job fixing my vehicle, they also cleaned it which was a wonderful surprise. They did an excellent job communicating with the insurance company that was paying for my repairs. I will absolutely bring my vehicle here again, if needed.

You took my truck and several days later I had to call for an update. I was told it would take over 2 weeks to get the work done. Too long for me with a family vacation coming up. You may want to confirm your capacity to do a repair in a timely manner before you take the customer’s vehicle. Another shop is getting it done for me within a week.
